Multi National Companies (MNC)

Under its rationalisation exercise, a US multinational company instructed its overseas offices to outsource all non-core activities like administration and accounts. The idea is to keep and manage only the key contributing functions like R&D, sales, marketing and manufacturing.

PayrollServe was appointed first to handle the employee claims processing function of the Singapore's office . This was later expanded to the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

PayrollServe has also been appointed by other MNCs to handle payroll processing, financial accounting and management reporting functions.

Local Company

The CFO of a service company with over 1000 employees observed his department's overheads increasing through the years without a corresponding increase in productivity.
